· The 6.0 has a bad rep for no good reason. The main problem with the 6.0 is the 7.3. Those trucks took alot of neglect and abuse. So too many people buy these trucks with the mind set of the 7.3, and you simply can't do that. The modern diesel engines require lots of maintance.
